I bought a Hyundai i20 Elite Asta in the month of december through CSD, and at that time the car was delivered to me without any billing from your facility. I was not informed about the later hassals. The car was initially billed at 703600 and now the revised price is 733000 approx. This is raising the cost of RC by Rs.2000 approx. And now the sales rep Rajan, tells us that they will handle the rest of the cost of the car but we will have to pay the cost on the RC. Please note that money is not the issue hee but wrong information and inconvenience. Why this information was not provided to us in the begining, if given a choice, we would have delayed the delivery and checked out other options, but just to sell your product and get it out of your facility Rajan gave us half information at the time of delivery. This is utterly ridiculous on Novelty's part. Now he says that the amount that I have to pay is just 2000....what if the cost had gone upto a lac or more, what would he say then. My question is why should I pay for something that was not even my fault as I was kept in the dark at the time of purchase. I would like you to investigate in this matter and give me a call to discuss this ASAP.
I also want to understand that if I bought the car for 703600, then why my billing has to show the wrong amount and how will that amount be adjusted by the dealer, and if the dealer is adjusting that amount then I I think they should refund another 2000 for te excess RC cost at this is not a fault from my side as a customer. If an action is not taken on my request, I will be escalating this with higher authoroties in Novelty or if needed then to court also, filing a case on te basis of keeping customer in dark to increase sales, as I have the dates and the receipts of the documents with me.
