I have paid maintenance charges of Rs2596/- to Avalon Homes for April-june2023 on 29.04.2023 and receipt issued for flat no A1-103 in Avalon Homes. Company should not have accepted the payment as company has handed over the maintenance w. e. f 01.04.2023 to the Avalon Homes resident welfare society. Either you forward this amount to Society account or refund me the amount of Rs2596/- wrongly accepted by the Avalon Homes Company. I have sent 2 E-mails to the company but no reply received.
