  Laptop is turning on. Sound is coming out from the laptop that windows has been loaded. Even the backlight of the LCD is on. But there is no display.

  very bad experience. they broke the set while repairing and not accepting it. They changed the part of the phone without prior permission. Their is no guarantee of the original spare part they will provide. The people working there are very arrogant.
