This is with regards to the credit card which I hold with ICICI Bank and card number is ending with 9005.
today all of a sudden I got a message on my mobile stating your account has been debited with 10005 INR and for that I have got no authentication OTP and any other message.
this is really a bad experience as this month I was really in need of money due to sudden death of my wife last month but this happened. need support to have this amount reversed ASAP.
SR from ICICI Bank is also lodged but they said they will take 30 days which is too long need support on the same.
