Misguided during admission process. Additional fees for 10th grade not refunded, even though the student withdrew in middle of 9th grade. No response to repeated follow-ups and mails, and even after follow-up by National Consumer Helpline. Filing case in consumer forum as advised by national Consumer Helpline.
