  Hello i have brought a samsung mobile from saudi arabia samsung galaxy grand so when i enter my sim card init it asks me to new regesteration code so it is something like country code

  My sony phone is not working.the down volume key does not work. It is in warranty .could you please guide me visit your store from Koregoan park
