Social Trade online business - Deposited amount of 11500 with no money back

Hi,
I had deposited amount of Rs.11500 in social trade.biz but did not get any money back.
Request you to plz refund my entire hard earned money back to the same account from where it has been paid.
My ID is 61984226 (Sanchali Mitra)
I had made payemnt through NEFT dated 16th Dec 2016. Transaction id is P16121630164441 from Yes Bank.
