The tour got cancelled because of the ongoing pandemic and I received a tour cancellation SMS from Kesari on 28 Feb, 2020. I applied for a refund for which I received refund process confirmation by SMS on 5th Mar, 2020. It's been over 5 months and I still haven't received my refund nor any update (email/call) from their end.
