Brand New MarQ AC 1.2 Ton not Working Condition

I bought 1.2 Ton split AC Order ID OD116861275484171000 & Invoice NO. FAB1HY2000054566 DTD. 23.10.2020 from Flipkart. This year in the month of March'2020 was not working during the warranty period itself. I complained about it on 11th May'2020 (Due to COVID-19 the customer care remain closed from March'20 to 1st week of May'2020) to Jeeves. They send technician on 1st June'20, but from the next day same problem happened. I again complained on 6th June'20 and there after severally complained to MarQ Customer Care & Jeeves Customer care but they pay no heed to. Yet no action taken from their side. I want either they replaced the AC or refund my money, as i suspect manufacturing fault as prescribed by the technician of Jeeves.
