I ordered a piece of suitcase on 29/9/19 from amazon.in, got delivery on 2/10/19. opened the package on 2/10/19 and emailed their customer care with photos of the wrong product delivered. They replied to wait and follow up on 8/10/19 for the same. i called on 8/10/19 and they told me that their back end team has told them that they sent the correct product and therefore they will not refund or replace this order. please resolve this issue asap.

I am old subscriber of Airtel DTH id "3010367185'. my dth service provider game Platinum 6 Games Topup @51/p.m. activated without my knowledge and confirmation and start deducting monthly subscription charge without informing me. i called customer care for this service stooping and refund my amount they deny to do and tell me this service activated by phone call. other serious issue is every month they suspend my account till rs.10 balance in my account and after recharging the account they deduct rs.15 for re-activation charge.
i want to know how much balance required to suspend any account if customer old than five years.
Kindly take necessary action against him to save customer money and stooped such type of marketing strategy to activate promotional service by service provider without knowledge and confirmation of customer. it will be totally against consumer and no one available to hear their problem.
Please resolve the issue and instruct to service provider to refund the amount.
