I have ordered 2 earphones from Myntra by the brand Mi but unfortunately I have received one product different in colour and another one was different in jack shape.I have vedio proof to validate my claim. I have approached myntra several times but they told me the same thing. Even after showing the unboxing video aslo, they won't believe.
