My self Bunty K Sharma I have Complaint Against your Relince Digital Store Ulhasnagar Branch & Branch Staff, this is 2nd time tour store staff & store manager insulted me & my brother 1sf time Mr Ujawal did it & this time Mr Amol & Mr Prabhunathan, now this is too much you people have to take serious action against this otherwise this time I will go in consumer court I will not tolerate this now,
I visited in your Ulhasnagar Relince Digi store on

Time: aprox 4.pm
I submitted my Wifi router for replacement on 16th August 2019, & when I visited to your store to collect my Wifi router so your female executive told me my router is ready they will give me in 10 mints so I was waiting & that female executive was trying to generate my credit note but in your store have very week wifi connection so she was not able to done my work properly after that she went to her senior head Mr Amol & he was least bother customer is waiting he was busy in his own work & me & my brother was waiting there like we are bager nobody was giving us any reply atleas they should inform us it will take 15 mint 30 mint 1 hr so till that time we can do finish out other work but Mr Amol was very roud & unprofessional person he wasn't inform us anything & we waited 1 he 23 mints in your store, sadunly 2 other customers started shouting on other executive for water purifier product bcoz your other staff also was talking very badly with them in all this mashup we was waiting & bcoz of too much notice in store we also called Mr Amol littil bit loudly & I told him Mr Amol we waiting from 1 he 23 mints almost so what are doing please update us so in this Mr Amol replyed me Mr Bunty don't shout don't try to shout like that other 2 people's otherwise u will through you out from store get out from here don't shout & in all this Branch Manager was came Mr Prabhunathan & when I explain him full matter & I was expecting fair behavior from him but he also insulated us & he said to that female Executive give them his router & send them out as soon but he didn't toke any action Against Mr Amol or other staff when I told Mr Prabhunathan why you not taking any action against your staff even you insulting us so Mr Prabhunathan replyed me (toh kya karuna aap logon ki pooja karun aarti utarun chalo routerlo or nikalo jaldi yahan se) just bcoz of other customers irritation they was insulting us also, this is very roud & unprofessional behavior
we are not a one time customer of Relince we purchased so many things before also LED, Laptop, Wifi Router etc but this time we faced badly insult from Relince Store staff & Store Manager, I will not tolerate this really, if you people will not take any action then unnecessary I have to knock consumer court doors, so it's my humble request you people take action Against this & I want sorry reply & sorry call from them.
I hope you people will take neccessary action, I will wait for your positive reply.
