I booked the Bengal club and 6rooms on 25&26jan.i fully paid the booking amount n security money in advance.but in myabsence on 26jan they made us vacate 3rooms due to another booking. They are cheating people by taking bookings from 2parties for same date. Now they are not refunding the amount of rooms checked out.they don't receive my call.it's almost 1month they are making excuses.Their secretary Mr Naha misbehaved with me before when I went to complain against their services and mentally harrased me.kindly look into this matter urgently and resolve this.
