Please refer AWB No. 63185140104 sent from Bangalore to Thalassery. Today morning we have received call from your representative at Thalassery asking us to go and collect the courier from their office at Thalassery which is about 5km, saying that they do not have home delivery. This is against the very principle of courier services and in such case if you do not have delivery, the should not have been accepted. In this Covid scenario, it is extremely difficult for the receiver who is a lady to travel 5km to collect the parcel. Please make suitable arrangements to deliver the parcel at home. Thank you.
