Deep Freezer of Bluestar

I am one of my colleague both brought this together at the same time. I registered a complaint and no one came to my house but the technician visited her house. So I called up the technician after taking his No from my colleague. He requested that I lodge a complaint again for installation, in the meantime I had already plugged in and started the deep freezer.
Till now no one has come so I called up on the No provided by you via sms that if my call is not attended within 24 hours I should call up the following No. Since no one has come I called up that no and was shocked to hear that I will have to pay for the visit? My colleague did not pay anything for the visit so why should I pay for just the technician to visit and tell me all is ok?
Is this the kind of service you are promising to give?
today the engineer is calling and asked for Rs.500 to attend the issue?
