Damaged Product supplied and not providing replacement

I have brought LG 9 kg washing Machine from Amazon app online (order no- 404-7554447-2351553). I have transected throughout ICIC bank on 1st October 2020. they have provided me damaged product, now they are not registering my complaint for product replacement.
