I have a complaint regarding samsung's cheating experience in covid situations.
I bought a samsung note 20 ultra phone 5 months back and it is eligible for warranty for 1 year. Samsung claims international warranty for their customers.That's why i bought this phone. My phone have a display issue and I contacted them several times.
But now they are saying they will not provide me any warrantied service.When the samsung service centre checked my phone they told me my phone is eligible for warranty and they only need samsung voc approval to do so.
Niveda named samsung voc agent called me and told me different kinds of lies to deny me the warranty. i will send the all proof proving my phones international warranty.but they are not giving me warranty.In this covid situation it is a very disappointing and cheating experience faced from samsung brand.my phone is at the service centre for over 1 month 7 days. please give me a solution for the said matter.
