Complaint for non reversal of Amount paid against Reverse-pick up Product from SHOP CJ

This is with reference to the above referred issued against a product ordered through SHOP CJ in the month of July 2016 against ORDER NO. 20160713071275. The product which was ordered was found mismatch in size immediately I had called the customer care executive and filled a complaint about mismatch in size. I did not wanted to pay the money but the customer care executive requested me to pay the money now and it would get refunded in next 10 days time.
So decided to pay the money and paid Rs 1100.
After repeated follow up with the customer care executive the product was finally picked up on 27.07.2016 and since then I am following up with them till date they have not paid my refund back it is now one month.
I have also marked an email to the CEO of the company Mr. Kenny Shin but did not got any reply.
Every time I call them they say that the money will be credit in 2 days time 3 days time. On 23rd I have call them and spoke to Mr. Nitesh their Team leader he confirmed me and informed me that I will get my refund in 2 days time he will follow-up with their refund department and ensure that I receive my refund back and took my account details.
Before confirming the account details to Mr. Nitesh I have earlier once confirmed my account details one week back.
As per the confirmation from Mr. Nitesh I was suppose to receive the refund back on 25th August 2016. But again on 24th August 2016 I received a call form SHOP CJ REFUND DEPARTMENT and they have again asked me to confirm my account details.
I really felt like they are mentally harassing me. Now this guys from refund department Mr. Pankaj Gambire says that I will receive my refund only after 3 working days. I don't know whether I receive my money back or not.
Request your team to please look into the matter so that hence forth no customer have to face such an issue again.
