We brought a top from Zara and they forgot to remove the magnet and nor did their sensors get alerted. The bill is lost. When we went to get it removed they said that there has been no such purachse and are blaming us and asking us to pay again. This is ridiculous why are they calling us thieves for their carelessness and faulty technology.
