As per AMC contract - service provider is asking me membrane fees illegally .
They are not supplying the right material and in the last one year third time the membrane is crashed and Co is now asking for fees for replacement .
I have been duly aroused and harroused by your appointed service provider and request immediate resolution on this .
As per my mentioning - am not supposed to pay any more charges and request the Co to replace my membrane and aslo check if the machine is into right hand or not .
Every alternate months the machine is getting crashed out .
solicit immediate help or allow me to escalate further up
