Had booked unit in 2007 was suppose to be given to me in 2009.
In 2013 possession was offer, after paying came to know still unit is not ready it took 4 months to get unit ready.
DURING FOUR YEAR LIVED IN IN RENTED HOUSE PAID RS 11000 PM RENT.
THE QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION IS NOT OK.

I am a US citizen of Indian origin; I had booked a flat with IBD Universal Pvt Ltd in Jan / Feb 2012 and made full payment of Rs. 12, 86,866/- at the time of booking for 2-bedrooms flat in "Valencia Gardens project" at Indore.
The flat was supposed to be ready in 1-2 years time for possession. As on date it is not handed over to me.
In fact, as I understand after visiting Indore that IBD Universal sold out the property to another builder "IRIS Park and they are doing the construction. This was never informed to me or any of the other clients.
IBD is doing business and flourishing well on their others projects.
What I need is a two bed rooms flat at the same place where I booked and that was promised to me.
I need your help to get possession of two bed room flat at the same location.
