Please get me the idea or device which may help me to measure the flow of electricity in terms of unit and justify the functioning of the electricity meter, because tenants are looted all over the India by landlords by charging extra rates for electricity and by pitting sub meters with extra speed they loot even educated clients because there is no such system which may decide the functioning of electricity meter.

My customer I'd is 111981222, it has been a hectic experience by the customer support of Videocon d2h caller services . From past few months we have been facing few problems on our TV it shows a issue of smart card not inserted properly error no.E04-4 .
Which occurs from the company side as we do not have the warranty period now they wantedly block I ye account to claim the engineer charges .last Tum we have paid about 350 rupees to them ,still the problem again co times now after few days . They first say engineer has to visit and when we scold them again they provide us the channel for some days and then again the same .
