Snapdeal.com htc one m8 eye mobile defective device, refused to replace the device

during this period all the accessories were also repaired for many times .once the device was also broken by the service center peope. and each time i have to take taxi to give the mobile to the service center and to collect the phone back. after buying this mobile i have faced many issue and lost lot of my valuable time and money running behind this.
so i need compensation and replacement of the device

I have purchased cool pad note 5 from Amazon on 26 Oct 2016 by order id 17162553837364333.i have contacted Amazon regarding the problem but they said contract service center of cool pad.
