Sir,
I had booked tickets of your bus of dtd 09.06.2019 from Pune to Nagpur with PNR no-94687237. Bus pick up time was 5.50pm from viman Nagar,hotel four point. I reached the destination at 5.40. I asked about arrival of bus to your office ,the office staff told me that bus is yet to come. After 15 min I called to your customer call centre, one of staff/executive said that bus is at lohaganj,it will arrive soon at your pick up point/ destination. After half an hour I again called to your customer call center,they said me bus left at 5.50 from your pick up point. I asked about this to your office staff and chowkidar. Office staff didn't respond me and your chowkidar behaved very rudely saying he hasn't seen me their waiting for bus. No one has informed me or called me ragarding arrival of bus as I was waiting there before time.
