I purchased a Galaxy A 12 mobile from SAMSUNG on 30.7.2021 at Guwahati but it stopped working on 17th August. I asked the customer care head to replace the with a new one, But he insisting me for repairing it visiting service centre and repair it with my expanses. Since it is within warranty period I like the company should replace the same.
