I am forwarding a copy of the complaint i have lodged with consumer forum for the harassment i have faced from your company.
"I had taken car loan from kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd under CF number 232750.I had cleared the loan in 2004. The company was supposed to issue two copies each of NOC letter and Form 35 which have to be submitted to RTO and insurance company so that the hypothication is cleared and the car ownership gets transferred to me. The company neither sent the papers nor communicated in any manner. When i called them a week back they informed me that Rs. 389/were due in my account which for twelve years was never communicated to me. I was ready to pay online as advised by Ms. Ulka and Rucha from the company i tried but could not pay on there Web pay system. Then i was informed that i would not be able to do so there would as the account was closed in 2007. If there was any due and when my car was under hypothication how could they close the account? Ultimately i transferred the money from my bank to their bank last week. On Friday the 18th i received a call from the company executive Manushree who informed me that the papers were getting ready and asked me to collect personally on Friday itself. The company office is about 15 kms away from my house and i am a senior citizen. Therefore i requested her to send papers through courier on Friday itself. Manushree informed me that she would be couriering papers on Saturday the 19th which should have been received by me on Saturday itself or latest by first hours of Monday the 21st. Since i didn't receive them i contacted customer care as in this company the branches do not respond to customer calls at all. While i was writing this complaint i received a call from one Ms. Vrunda who informed me that she was couriering papers now ie 21st evening which i should be receiving tomorrow morning. When i asked why the papers were not sent on Saturday she said it was non working day. When asked why not in morning today she said the papers were issued just in evening of today ie 21st. When i asked why was i called to collect papers personally on Friday the 18th she had no answer.
By not communicating and not issuing NOC letter for 12 years the kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd seems to have intentionally kept my vehicle under hypothication in their favor. I believe they have committed a fraud by keeping the vehicle under hypothication in their favor for some malicious reason. I had paid full amount in 2004 except Rs. 389/ about which i was totally unaware. To get the NOC letter i had to call many times and have suffered lot of mental stress as they lied at so many instances. I might end up paying some penalty to RTO as my car will be completing 15 years and i have to get certificate from RTO for which i have to submit relevant papers in advance including the NOC letter to and Form 35 from kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd . I request you to help me by taking necessary actions and getting compensation for harassment and the penalty if any. "

Total amt to be paid is Rs.274.28
Lots of time I eat in kfc but never notice.
