People’s at tnqgar outlet they are handling customers very badly I have purchased an fridge from your outlet on24 December and paid full payment after that they promised me it will be delivered tomorrow but I waited for four days and after that I contacted them they said by evening I will receive all these time I went from Aminjikarai to tnagar to ask them when I will receive ?finally I received after many calls and visits. After that I had an issue on installation then the same thing happened they din respond and I was again and again forced to visit the shop for installation finally a person came from Bosch to install after a week of follow up then he found the stand was small and not suitable for the particular product purchased is this the way of selling a product without the knowledge of the basics and now I’m going to the store people for getting the stand but today also I went to the store but they are not even responding and what is the answer for my payment maid for the product ? Very very worst customer satisfaction I’m an Girias customer form my childhood but particularly this branch people who are working are not even handling people with at least a small amount of smile and knowledge

I have purchased a TV at Sivakasi show room on 10.09.2023. TV model NVY Invoice ano. cs/svks/3324. Last 10 days no sound from tv. I had made compliant and srrvice enginrrr had attended the call but visited 2 times. But the deficiency was not yet rectified

Hi Team,

I want to raise an complaint

We purchased LG 1 ton AC 5star for 43k + installation charge, they convinced tat AC rate correct. Unfortunately my phone also not working properly but after coming home when I checked it is only 39.5k.. while delivering they ask to pay 300rs but drive himself took 400rs... Very bad and spam... All these year I was getting in girias but now I felt this company is worst... I felt I have been cheated... They forced me to put review tat too positive feedback..

I'm not going visit ur concern in future. First time I'm feeling uncomfortable with the price they have told me...
