Disappointment and frustration regarding false information provided by GIRIAS Virugambakkam regardin

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase of an air conditioning unit from your dealership. On 05-05-2024, I entered into an agreement to purchase Voltas AC and was provided with a delivery date of 07-05-2024 , I was informed by Rajagopal to Pay the Amount INR 36,300 immediately even though the Billing department was not available , once i paid the billing department had confirmed that there is no stock , and asked me to check for another Brand , then after a while i was convenience and i agreed to go for Daikin for which i had to Pay INR 4600 extra , i have agreed to it and even paid the amount. I was told the AC is available. They had 74 pcs in stock before getting the Money , Since 7th of May there was no call from any of the GIRIAS sales . When i tried contacting GIRIAS store manager , Sathish - Store In charge - Virugambakkam , Chennai he had confirmed that AC will be delivered on the 9th without any delay . On a surprise Sathish called and said that Daikin AC is not available in stock and it will be delivered only on 14th of May . The Store in charge said they have Blue Star in stock and it would cost INR1,800 extra and asked me to pay so that they can deliver it on 10th of May 2024. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering the onset of warmer weather and the urgent need for cooling in my home. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the false information provided by your dealership regarding the delivery status of the AC unit. Throughout the purchasing process, I was given repeated assurances that the unit was in stock and would be delivered promptly. However, it has become evident that these assurances were misleading and inaccurate.
