My relative had couriered me a parcel from Buldhana to Nanded and the parcel was accepted by the courier company assuring timely delivery at my home in nanded. However the company denied delivery and asked me to come to the office for collecting parcel. They should have not accepted the parcel in the first place. Kindly help
