Tata solar company had installed oswal 7.5hp solar pump in my farm. complaint (no 188755) was registered on 22 feb 2023 technician from nashik visited on 28 of feb (after 6 days) who told me that this area is not under my service area. ( actualy no technician is apointed to my thane district by company.
after inspection found that motar of solar pump set is damaged and will be replaced by company.
but till today no any responce or confermation is recieved by company.
plants in my farm needs water after every second day. there is not any other arrangement for watering the plants due to remore area far away from my village.
so please arrange and install new motar to my farm as early as possible.
