In view of the recent incident at one of our airports , I would like to bring to your notice the issue of substandard behavior from the CISF staff.
The attitude of CISF staff when interacting with passengers is , disgusting , to say the least.
It will be in the interest of all concerned ,to address this issue & resolve it , before it reaches alarming proportions.
