Dear Sir/Madam,
my name is Pushpa Verma W/o Srikishan and i opened a account in indian overseas bank branch palwal haryana. my account no. is 166701000004515, and bank IFSC code is IOBA0001667, Customer ID is 38754840.
Sir/Madam, i am very disappointed by the staff of this bank. i have submitted 3 times aadhar card copy and 2 times pan card copy in the bank but they are very careless they do not attach my copy details with my account and always lost my copies details from bank when i come in bank and ask about my details than they always do like cheap behave with me argument with me, i am always asking question that how its happening than they do not response me, and always blame to me that you did not submitted your copies. i have very tired, nobody listen to me and they always said me that you can complained from anybody you can't change this system. bank manager also not co-prate to me and in the staff nobody tell me own name.
