Dear sir,
My name is Ishrat Ali S/O Jafer Ali from Kopaganj (Mau) currently i m in Muscat (Oman) since 2005 i m in Muscat we have 8 accounts in kopaganj branch, the branch manager of Kopaganj is a big bastered and very rude with customer, his behavior, his talking tone, his carector is not good he dont deserve to be on that post you can check with branch customers no one is happy with him, in August i have applied for loan since 3rd August till 5/11/2016 he played with me & my father who is teacher in government school bring this paper that paper, this document is not complete this & that he misbehave with my father as well anyway we fulfill all the requirement whatever he asked, but on 5/11/2016 he demanded a huge amount of money to approve and issue the sention letter which i cannot afford to give him such big amount, now i dont want any loan but i want to complain against him and requesting you to take strict action against him, hoping that you you will consider my complain seriously and will do the needful.
