Bus not operating on time

Dated 08/11/2024, Rani Kheda depot bus number DL 1PD 4225 came to Qutub Ghar from route number 106stl. Whose scheduled departure time is 05:35 and instead of leaving at this time, he leaves the bus at 05:50 and says that those who have to go for their duty, should take the next bus or take their bike. Sometimes he goes to drink tea and sometimes he says that it is bad.
As it happened today on 08/11/2024, because of this driver I could not reach my duty.
Because of this driver, the passengers traveling from Qutub Ghar face a lot of problems.
We are not able to reach our duty on time. These drivers drive the bus as per their wish and when spoken to, they talk very politely.
This complaint has been made out of great concern, please improve it if possible
