We have dispatched the good on 22 of October n the delivery time was 29 of October today is 7 of November still goods is in pending, wen we asked the reason through mails , there is no prompy reply from them , after so many mails thy reply so rudely that they dont know how more time they will take to deliver the product, their branch manager was so rude that he said go to consumer court, they have big accounts n dont handle the small courier , n it happens in their company they were so insulting that it was unable for us to talk with them .plz help us as it very difficult to coordinate with them n we dont know much more time they will take to deliver the product
