Complaint Regarding Misbehaviour of Staff at "Asian Cinemas, Kompally, Hyderabad"

Dear Authority, I am writing to file a formal complaint about the staff of "Asian Cinemas, Kompally", regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to watch the movie "Twister". The tickets were booked through the BookMyShow platform for Screen 4, seats B9 and B10 (ticket attached). During the interval, my colleague and I noticed that almost 80% of the recliner seats and the theatre were empty. Considering this, we decided to change our seats to the recliners to enjoy the remainder of the movie comfortably, as the booked seats were smelling and the seats couldn't be adjusted comfortably as they were too old. So we shifted one row backwards. However, shortly after changing seats, a staff member approached us and stood in front of us, demanding we show our tickets while the movie was running and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. The staff member shone a torch directly in my face, disrupting our viewing experience and causing significant discomfort. We requested that he let us watch the movie so we could discuss it later, as there were hardly any viewers, and it disturbed the other viewers, who were also getting disturbed by the commotion this staff person was creating. When we tried to explain our decision to move to the recliners, the staff member behaved rudely and insisted that we return to our original seats. We explained to him that we were sitting there in the first half, and the seats were really not comfortable and smelly. Despite the empty recliners, we were not given any consideration or understanding but pressed on going back to the seats. We emphasized that it's hardly 20 minutes left and we weren't encroaching on anyone's seat or causing discomfort to others. Furthermore, the manager on duty was involved and also exhibited rude behaviour, compounding our distress. When we told him the scenario, he asked us to go back and sit in C row, a row further down the lane. We wasted 15/20 minutes of our time in all this drama, and my colleague was in shock with respect to how the staff was treating us. She was so affected by the whole experience that she almost cried after coming out of the theatre. It was such an emotional torturous experience for just changing seats which were in poor condition. As a result of this unpleasant and disrespectful treatment, our mood was entirely spoiled, and we decided to leave the cinema immediately, missing approximately 35 minutes of the movie. I am deeply disappointed with how we were treated and believe no customer should be subjected to such behaviour. I request the authority to take necessary action against the staff member who shone the torch in my face and the Duty manager who misbehaved with us. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly to ensure that no other customers have to endure a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
