Dear Sir,
This is bring to your notice that I open a new Saving Account on 17.09.2014 & apply for. ATM card. But till date I am not received my card.Several time I contact with bank manager & staff but neigter recd. any satisfactory answer nor any solution.(though card activation massage recd.on 26.09.2014)
MY BANK A/C NO 06220110067130 UCO BANK,KONA BRANCH, CODE NO.0622.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND OBLIGE ME.
