Ola charged me Rs50/- against a cancellation of a ride which i booked on 13.04.17. I faced a lot of inconvenience and mental trauma when the driver didn't turn up and cancelled the ride which i booked to travel from Surat RAILWAY STATION to Surat AIRPORT on 14.04.17. I was very much relying on the Ola cab service. I had to run helter skelter to arrange for another mode of transport at last moment as I had to catch a flight which I would have definitely missed. Due to Such an irresponsible behavior from the end of Ola for which I seek a compensation.
Ola has been very prompt in penalizing a customer for cancelling the trip but they do not compensate the customer when they cancel the trip from their end result of which the customer is left helpless and in distress.
