I have booked new car on 30-04-2018. While booking SAINI Hyundai representative informed Registration along with number plate fixing will be done before handing over of car.It was the terms that car will be delivered with registration including no.plate.SAINI Hyundai,Kolkata representative clearly informed me all documents will be given during delivery.I feel only to get full payment car was delivered on 26th.On 26th SAINI HYUNDAI representative told me to take the delivery very next Monday they will send representative for taking the car and complete all documentation.I have continuously follow up your representative and finally yesterday send bad driver who made accident and damage the car.
When SAINI HYUNDAI people take responsibility of all then why they had send bad driver and made accident?
Car still not delivered since I have not received tax receipts,registration receipt original .Which was agreed before booking to give while delivery.If you failed and not handed over documents for which I am not able to use the car,then why Myself will be responsible?
I need new car or please refund my money otherwise.
