I would like to inform you that I have booked an OLA Bike for the Railway station ride on 06-04-23.
Maximum person cancelled my ride on the same day. After 3-4 people were denied a ride, one person was ready to drop at Kolkata railway station (CRN NO- 7225234176) and he asked me to pay online on his account (Rs.120 but ride amount is showing rs.82), I was ready for that and finally took a ride.
I have already paid him Rs.120 instead of rs.82. and finally he had dropped me at Kolkata Railway station.
After that why rs.82 is still showing in my postpaid account.
Request you to please talk with the person & Resolve the issue so that I will be paid my pending amount.
