I had booked a ola cab at 1:02pm today [CRN 605643139]. It was showing 4 min to report in app. When I telephoned, the driver (Pintu) told that he is coming in 2 min and asked where to go. But when has not reported after even 10 min, I telephoned him repeatedly but he didn't pick up the phone. After another 10 min he cancelled the booking. Due to such activity of the driver I faced a lot of problem. I hereby ask to take action against the driver and inform me what action has been initiated.
