We had participated in bidding vide tender id no. 2021_AIMDE_640477_2, Tender Reference No. AIIMS/DEO/MESS SERVICE/2021-22/01 and your organization Chain All India Institute of Medical Science-Deoghar\\Administration-AIIMS Deoghar.
In the circumstances, the date of bidding was canceled and postponed and in respect of which we again deposited Demand Draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- vide Demand Draft No. 502255 was cleared on dated 17/12/2021,
Subsequently we came to know through mail dated 21/01/2022 from your authority that our tender has been rejected. The money deposited by us as deposit of tender fee is supposed to be returned to us as per rules but which has not been returned to us till today.
