WE PURCHASED ONLINE ONE ORANGE BANDHNI GEORGIT SAREE AGAINST ORDER NO 20160914070740. IT IS NOT LOOKS WORTH, SO I COMPLAINED ON 24TH SEPT 16. THEY CONFIRMED MY BANK DETAILS AND INFORMED THAT PRODUCT WILL COLLECT FROM BILL ADDRESS WITH IN 7-8 WORKING DAYS. TILL DATE I AM NOT GETTING PRIOPER REPLY FROM IVR & PRODUCT NOT COLLECTED.
