I had ordered green towel from Homeshop18 they have delivered me red towels or rather dark gaudy pink towels and are now not ready to take it back and replace them. I have made payment in advance and hence now they are threatening me that I either spend courier money and send it back if i want the colour that i had ordered or else i have to forcefully keep what they have sent. Please help.
