I had been to rgi on 24 th of sep and 9th of Oct . Both the times I saw the housekeeping staff asking for money from possibly every passenger in the washrooms. I have been regularly travelling and this was literally my first time witnessing them so shamelessly asking for the same. Was traveling from and to Lucknow on these particular dates. Kindly resolve the same as it a shameful act by the staff.
