I Ashish Laxman Mahangade want to raise my complaint against the arrogant ticket booking clerk at Maladwest ticket booking office. Iwant to renew my season ticket early in the morning so i went to malad west ticket booking counter which is the only one counter is open at 6 o' clock. I show him all the necessary documents for renew my season ticket i also showhim my old season ticket which is expired at 23/08/2020 and i reuest him to renew and give me the same pass. But he give me the wrong 2 route pass instead of my regular 3 route pass. I am working at Mazagon Dock shipbuilder dockyard road so how should i go to my workplace by this 2 route seson ticket that is only valid via vadala and mahim the train services are temporarily suspended on that route so if ticket checker aaked me at byculla station who is redponsible. When i show that booking clerk his mistake he is not even ready to solve my problems which is actually occured by his mistake only. Sir please help me in this matter because i already wasted my money on my pass. The time of the incident is around 6:24 am dated today 25/08/2020.and the name of thebooking clerk is DIleep which is printed on my season ticket.
Sir kindly look into this matter and give me a relief. This is my humble request to you.
If you want you should check my all previous season ticket. My season ticket id is last 4 digits are 4659.
