I booked hotel room for my lovely ones on the date of 26th march 2022. I paid online through Oyo app and with the one of Oyo executive. All things were good but when I went there hotel manager said we already discontinued services with Oyo. Now what can I do no money or no time... They already scammed my money. My complaint is only with Oyo if they are not available with hotel services then why they accepted booking and payment. Why not showing that sorry for inconvenient with this hotel. Atleast suggest nearby hotel... They said we are most top notch company with the technology then why they are looting. My friend got angry with me and still I'm disappointed with Oyo app. Pls action as soon as possible with CEO. Only that guy are the reason behind this disappointing.
