I have booked two plot of land in midnapur project nere vidyasagar univercity,developed by hahnemann housing development (p) ltd.on may-2013 through mr,Debasish Dutta an agent of the said company by way of 20% amount in advance and the rest portion through emi for 3 yers.As per agreement I have continued the emi up to March-2015,in this way i have allready invested around Rs,7.00 lacs.As per agreement i have requested to agent & management of company several time for refund of my investment but didnot refund my investment till date.In this way i have deceived by the company.The company has a office at Durgapur,W.B, my email- ahaanbhunia@gmail.com
