Several times I notice that 1 out of the 2 windows of GTB railway station is closed between 11am-12pm. It leads to long queues. UTS app isn’t allowing me to use that app due to some issues or else I would have used that. I logged a complaint already on Mumbai local trains site but got no response. Can someone please look into this?
