We booked Green leaf Ganpatipule hotel for for 2 nights through yatra.com.We first tried their customer care no. on voucher but it goes on IVR so we were 5 mins late to inform through mail on 17-2-21(copy encl).Ms Nikita wasted 2 days in mail correspondence but didn't cancel our booking even after we gave instructions.so we want to put complaints against Yatra.com.
